A softening and conditioning beard balm that would also be ideal as a night balm for anyone with very dry or dehydrated skin.
Stage 1: (heat until melted)
21% Brazil Nut Oil
19% Tomato Seed Oil
15% Beeswax
13% White Poppy Seed Oil
9% Cocoa Butter
3% Shea Butter

Stage 2: (room temperature)
14% EcoSilk MB
3% Vitamin E
2% Amaranth Seed Oil CO2 Extract
0.75% Sandalwood Essential Oil
0.25% Benzoin Essential Oil

Method:
  • Melt the Stage 1 (fat stage) ingredients in a double boiler (stainless steel bowl in a saucepan of boiling water).
  • When melted, put the bowl into a pan of cold water to drop the temperature.
  • When it starts to go opaque around the edges, stir in the Stage 2 ingredients and beat with a spatula to mix thoroughly. Jar and label.
