A simple cold process emulsion using AroEmul AOF or AroEmul AOF Bio. Try using different oils and oil soluble ingredients in Stage 1 to customise the lotion.
Stage 1: (room temperature)
16% White Poppy Seed Oil 1.5% Vitamin E 1% Essential Oils of your choice
Stage 2: Room temperature)
74% Bottled Spring Water 1% Preservative 12 0.5% Konjac Glucomannan Powder
Stage 3: (room temperature) 6% AroEmul AOF Bio or AroEmul AOF

Method:
Mix the Stage (water stage) water and Preservative 12 together, then sprinkle the Konjac Glucomannan Powder over the surface and stick blend until smooth. Set the mix aside to allow it time to swell and expand into a gel.
Combine all Stage 1 (fat stage) materials together.
Start stirring the AroEmul AOF Bio or AroEmul AOF quickly until it goes slightly opaque. An electric mixer with a spiral dough hook is excellent for this but we have found that a stick blender is too fast.
Add a small amount of the Stage 1 oil blend and stir into the AroEmul AOF Bio or AroEmul AOF until it is fully absorbed. The mixed oils will be absorbed into the emulsifier like a sponge.
Continue to add small amounts of oil and stir in until all ingredients are absorbed. The crème should thicken more after every oil addition.
Do not add a large amount in one go. It must be fully incorporated after each addition by stirring.
When all the oils are fully incorporated, add a little of the Stage 2 gel. Stir and add a little more. Continue adding more gel this way.
When all ingredients are fully incorporated, jar and label.
